Career Opportunities: Risk, Business Process & Compliance Manager
This role is a key position within the SCA Risk & Business Process Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and mitigation of corporate, process, operational, project and GDPR risk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the SCA in management and mitigation of corporate, process, operational, project and GDPR risk
* Overseeing the planning and execution of SCA's annual GDPR Monitoring Programme
* Manage and oversee internal and external audits of SCA
* Undertaking emerging and existing risk analysis
* Provide review and challenge to existing and new processes and systems across the SCA
* Managing risk and business process improvement projects
* Creating and documenting business processes
* Overseeing the annual peer review of claims and legal cost files
* Assisting on SCA projects from a risk and business process capacity
* Manage and oversee the SCA Quality Management system
* Develop strong working relationships with Stakeholders
Requirements:
* Third level degree
* Recent and relevant knowledge of Compliance Regulations and General Data Protection Regulations
* Recent and relevant knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
* At least 4 years risk or compliance experience in the financial services sector or related business experience
