F&B Operations Manager - 5* Hotel South Dublin €55k +
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the F&B Operations of a very busy hotel with many F&B outlets.
2. Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure all HACCP and Health & Safety regulations are met.
3. Manage, train, and roster all bar, floor, and wait staff.
4. Ensure all staff training is up to date and conduct regular training sessions.
5. Recruit new team members as needed.
6. Assist the stores manager to ensure we maintain the correct amount of stock.
7. Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
8. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.
9. Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
10. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
11. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events that boost business.
13. Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products.
14. Handle guest feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement.
15. Oversee the food and beverage service, ensuring it is efficiently run and meets the standards set by the hotel.
