Do you want to learn more?A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Test Manager would be:Oversee all testing and validation activities throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including system testing, functional integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Manage the design, maintenance, and execution of robust test plans, scenarios, scripts, and data in alignment with Test Strategies.Conduct performance, stress, and volume testing of non-functional requirements and ensure findings are actioned.Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure test coverage and completeness.Drive communication and collaboration between testing, business analysis, architecture, and development teams.Plan and resource release work, developing schedules for validation and test execution.Review project timelines, contribute to cost estimation and control from a testing perspective, and provide input for project approvals.Manage defects throughout their lifecycle, from logging to resolution in production.Chair test review meetings, deliver test status reports, and coordinate release communications to users.Provide independent software quality assurance, best practice guidance, and coordinate internal testing resources as required.Engage with third-party vendors to ensure alignment and quality of testing processes.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a software testing role is mandatory.Skills:Practical experience in the design, execution, and management of test plans, scripts, and scenarios.Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing, including restful APIs and Soap Webservice testing using Postman or SoapUI.Experience with test management systems such as Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or Jira.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across teams.Other:Full driving license and access to your own transport.
