Cpl is currently supporting a long-established biopharmaceutical client based in Dublin 15 in their search for a Utilities Engineer.

The successful candidate will support the Critical Utility Operations and Maintenance team and System Owners for Utility Systems. This role will focus on supporting all site Critical Utility systems, such as boilers, compressors, chillers, water (potable/city/softened etc.), life safety systems, Waste Water Treatment Plant. The role will also oversee the Hard Services Provider.
Required:
* Bachelor's (Level 8) or Master’s Degree in a relevant Science/Engineering discipline
* Experience in Operating and Maintaining Utility systems in biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility is advantageous
* Strong knowledge of Utility system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with the ability to interpret technical documents and process drawings
* Broad knowledge of Process Design, Good Manufacturing Practices, Maintenance systems, and industry regulations related to pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and meet deadlines. Good delegation, organizing, and planning skills.
* Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues, with the ability to explain complex systems simply
* Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders including Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, regulatory agencies, and the local community
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and overall computer literacy
