1. Our Managers within our Audit team have natural interest in business and auditing
2. A focus on running efficient high quality projects
3. Ideally trained as an auditor in a "Big 4/Top 10" environment
4. Ideally a background with clients reporting under US GAAP, and audit experience under PCAOB auditing standards.
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:
5. Being the primary point of contact for a varied portfolio of audit clients
6. Planning and reviewing Audit Files
7. Mentoring, coaching and managing people
8. Working with a variety of KPMG professionals in Tax, Valuations, Accounting etc.
9. We encourage our people to participate in cross-firm ad hoc projects - process improvements, technology, and the many CSR projects we run.
Your team:
The Cork Audit practice services a number of sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, software, technology food and drinks. Our clients are a mixture of IFRS, US GAAP subsidiary and local GAAP filers.
Our audit professionals combine extensive knowledge with a detailed understanding of various industry sectors, so we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to bear on each audit assignment we undertake. We continually invest in developing our industry knowledge through our client work as well as ongoing training and development of our people.
