AWS Cloud Support Associate Role

Key Job Responsibilities
The AWS Support team is seeking engineers who enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. * Learns and uses groundbreaking technologies
* Responds to customer technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email
* Troubleshoots and solves technical problems of AWS customers, and drives customer communication during critical events
* Leverages day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
Main Responsibilities
* Provides technical support to customers using AWS services, including troubleshooting and general guidance
* CSA supports multiple AWS services based on their profile
* Gains expertise in and utilizes the latest AWS technologies
* Supports customer resolution through case management
* Provides situation-specific solutions tailored to individual customer needs through trouble shooting
* Participates in interactions with top engineers from around the world
* Collaborates with AWS development teams, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to support customer problem-solving
* Provides feedback to internal AWS teams on customer service improvements
* Promotes projects to improve support-related processes and customer technical support experiences
* Contributes tutorials and technical articles to the AWS customer community
* Responds to complex and critical customer issues spanning multiple AWS services
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree achieved or expecting graduation in 2024
* Flexibility to work weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
* No restrictions on traveling abroad or issuing long-period visas
* Ability to work in Ireland, Dublin
* Fluency in Korean and English
*You will mainly support Korean customers using AWS in Ireland, Dublin.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops
* Majored in engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall
* Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
* Passionate about customers and new technology
* Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
* Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
* Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
* Advanced English communication skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
* A self-starter who is excited about technology
* Troubleshooting / Support experience
