About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficiency and safety of machinery, participate in new implementations, and drive improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain machinery efficiency and supervise production lines.
* Plan and execute maintenance inspections, renovations, and repairs.
* Ensure proper documentation for machines and devices.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance.
* Take proactive measures to increase machine safety and efficiency.
* Manage spare parts stock and supervise maintenance costs.
* Collaborate with external service companies when required.
* Participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
* Support the start-up and implementation of new machines and production lines.
Key Requirements:
* Open-minded with a readiness to contribute to setting up new organisational structures.
* Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company.
* Ability to work in a three-shift schedule in the future.
* Strong understanding of following procedures and working in a structured manner.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* High engagement, with an understanding of the team's goals.
* Knowledge of electricity, automation, mechanics, and pneumatics.
* Ability to read and interpret machinery and equipment documentation, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams.
* Experience in the start-up of new machines and production lines would be an advantage.
