Senior Manager Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering
Job Description
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for maintenance, facilities, and utilities across the Anngrove site. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing an engineering plan to achieve excellence in Engineering
* Ensuring all Engineering, Operations, Quality, People, Cost, and Service Metrics are met
* Developing, maintaining, and reviewing Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering objectives and metrics
* Communicating departmental progress through regular review processes
* Building a high-trust culture within Engineering and driving engagement
* Leading and demonstrating behaviors that drive engagement every day
* Ensuring the Engineering Organization Structure is fit for purpose and implementing changes using effective change management
* Driving a robust world-class Lean / Continuous Improvement program across Additive
* Managing major CI Programs, including cost-out initiatives, and contributing as SME on specific projects
* Providing Engineering support for existing and new processes and standardizing approaches and practices across Operations and Engineering
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A Level 8 NFQ in Engineering or a related discipline
* A Lean Diploma or Green Belt qualification
* At least five years' leadership experience with significant people management responsibility in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a regulated industry
* Excellent leadership skills, change management experience, and good financial acumen
* Strong communication skills
