Job Summary:
The (Area) Manager is responsible for creating new opportunities in the homecare sector and building relationships with clients. They will lead regional teams to achieve sales performance and results, reporting to the Senior Manager of Myhomecare.
This business development role involves managing teams to formulate business plans for growth and expansion. The (Area) Manager will work with each team to develop strategies and report on their performance quarterly.
Duties:
* Cultivate existing client relationships and build new ones.
* Generate new business through networking, client visits, marketing, and social media.
* Design client organisation structures and establish relationships within the Homecare sector.
* Stay up-to-date on market developments and attend relevant functions.
* Identify best times and regions for recruitment campaigns.
* Assist in developing new initiatives to maintain and grow business.
* Motivate regional teams to reach targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Experience in sales/recruitment or Homecare.
* Proven people management skills.
* Positive attitude and ability to meet targets.
* Travel throughout the region is required.
