We are currently recruiting for a superb new opportunity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leadership team of Shannon, Co.
The CFO will contribute and play a critical role in driving the next chapter of the company's business growth.
As CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive management team.
You will oversee all financial aspects of the business while contributing to the broader strategic vision and growth of the business.
A key focus of the role will be leading fundraising initiatives and leveraging M&A expertise to support the company's ambitious growth agenda.
Role Overview
Financial Leadership:
* Oversight of all aspects of the finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow management, and investor relations
Growth Strategy:
* Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic financial plans that support our ambitious growth goals
Fundraising:
* Leading fundraising initiatives to secure capital for strategic investments, acquisitions, and further development
M&A Expertise:
* Identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities that align with our growth strategy and negotiating favourable deals
Data-Driven Decisions:
* Championing a data-driven culture, using financial metrics to inform strategic decision-making across the organisation
Building a Winning Team:
* Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of 7 years' experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a high-growth environment
* Proven expertise in leading successful M&A transactions
* Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning
* Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage investor relations
