Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Chartered Secretary with strong leadership skills to oversee various company secretarial assignments and manage projects from start to finish.
* Lead and Manage Projects: Provide direction to junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of company secretarial assignments.
* Refine and Improve Processes: Continuously enhance processes for managing annual compliance matters, ensuring accurate and timely filings with regulatory bodies.
* Strategic Involvement: Contribute to the department and firm's overall strategy, staying ahead of industry trends to ensure best practices align with market standards.
* Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor team members, offering constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor and supporting business growth.
* Business Development: Manage own business development portfolio, actively seeking new opportunities and collaborating with partners on consultancy projects.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee key operational aspects such as WIP, billing, resource management, and scheduling, ensuring projects meet high standards.
Qualifications and Experience
We require a Chartered Secretary with:
* Chartered Secretary qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
* Strong technical expertise and proven track record in managing diverse client portfolios.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven project management experience with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
