Red D are recruiting a Spa Manager for a luxury 5-star hotel. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the spa, lead a dedicated team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service.
* Lead, develop, and manage a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants.
* Maintain exceptional guest experiences, setting high standards in ethics, service, and presentation.
* Manage costs, stock control, merchandising, and sales to drive business performance.
* Stay informed on industry trends and new product innovations.
* Train staff in product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance guest service.
* Create a welcoming and luxurious ambiance that exceeds guest expectations.
Requirements:
* CIBTAC, ITEC, or CIDESCO qualifications (essential).
* Previous experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate a team.
* Experience in spa operations, cost control, and sales performance.
* A passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering a five-star service.
