Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Cork City and Cork Suburbs
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Property Maintenance Technician, responsible for delivering top-quality maintenance services for our portfolio of properties. In this role, you will work closely with the in-office administration team to ensure all reported maintenance issues are resolved promptly, maintaining properties to the highest standards for client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the maintenance administration team to schedule and address maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
2. Use our in-house software (training provided) to manage job allocations and accurately record job completions.
3. Conduct general property maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, locksmith work, property snagging, refurbishment, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry.
4. Uphold exceptional property standards, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
5. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in property maintenance is highly desirable.
2. Specific skills in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry are strongly preferred.
3. Ability to work proactively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
4. Full, clean driving license is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
