Overview
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring targets and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a diversity of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Grow and nurture high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up. Partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to find talent and plan, create, and release job descriptions. Stay active and current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to build brand and attract top talent.
Responsibilities
* Work towards meeting recruitment goals and objectives.
* Source and contact passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
* Search CV databases for candidates that match current open requirements.
* Communicate with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders.
* Write and proofread job descriptions.
* Use a multi-channel approach to recruit and attract candidates.
* Excellent communication skills to support stakeholder management.
* Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the requirements for the position.
* Conduct interviews with candidates following the company’s rules and regulations while adhering to laws, rules, and regulations.
* Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Essential Skills
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office databases and management systems.
* Ability to travel as needed.
* Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
* Passionate about talent acquisition methods.
* Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
* Some understanding and knowledge of Recruitment Marketing as an advantage.
* Good time-management skills.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience
* Up to 1 year experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales.
* Good understanding and experience with Talent Acquisition tools such as an Applicant Tracking System.
