We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a Pharmaceutical organization based in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work with a leading multinational company known for its exceptional standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible and accountable for ensuring the safe execution of all activities according to statutory, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site, and department practices and procedures.
* Contributing to the design, construction, commissioning, and qualification of equipment.
* Providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
* Developing and maintaining maintenance procedures and equipment files. Assisting with the generation, review, and revision of maintenance documentation as necessary.
* Developing and managing the critical equipment list.
* Optimizing the site's preventive maintenance program (RCM/FMECA based).
* Developing and managing the condition monitoring program.
* Analyzing equipment data to report on equipment performance.
* Developing, standardizing, and implementing the latest maintenance approaches and techniques in line with the MAM COE and MAM platform initiatives.
* Carrying out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by MAM Leadership according to appropriate procedures and standards.
* Optimizing costs while driving department performance.
* Reporting to MAM Maintenance Lead and MAM Site Leadership as required.
* Familiar with daily activities in all areas of the Maintenance department.
* Rotating with other positions in the department, as required.
* Facilitating an environment of continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
* A Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering.
* Scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities engineering.
* Reliability and/or Maintenance experience within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
* Experience of best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM, or FMECA.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
