Application Support Analyst (Front Office)
Application Support Analyst (Front Office) opportunity with a global investment business based in Dublin 2. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days a week in-office.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support on in-house front office systems used for internal and external investments and trading.
* Manage full cycle production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause analysis.
* Collaborate with development teams on complex issues and system enhancement.
* Provide data analysis and SQL support as needed.
* Analyze business requirements to advise on the best use of applications and systems.
Requirements
* 5+ years relevant experience.
* Commercial experience in Investment / Asset Management industry including experience with Front Office applications, is essential.
* Previous customer-facing technical support experience.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence (desirable).

* 15-20% performance bonus.
