Cafe Team Lead Role
We are seeking a full-time Cafe Team Lead for our Avoca Malahide store, requiring availability mid-week.
Job Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling complaints professionally and escalating when necessary.
* Cash Management: Perform end-of-day cash counts, accurate lodgement reporting, and safe operations.
* Staff Training: Train employees on areas such as tills, coffee training, merchandising, HACCP, and Food Safety.
* Order Processing: Adhere to order schedules and processes, maintain excellent supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with Avoca systems and procedures.
* Brand Consistency: Act as a brand guardian to maintain consistency across our offerings.
* Innovation: Drive innovation, embrace change, and support the team in delivering new concepts.
Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience in high-end customer-facing retail businesses.
* Experienced barista.
* Highly organized with ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, passion for retail, and excellent customer service skills.
