Role: Post Room Assistant Location: Dublin 2 Department: Operations Reporting to: Facilities Manager Contract duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Post Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to appropriate departments or individuals.
Handle outgoing mail, including organising couriers, registered post, and international shipments.
Maintain an organised system for mail tracking, ensuring time-sensitive documents are prioritised.
Filing and Archiving: Manage the physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are stored securely and are easily retrievable.
Assist with archiving and retrieval of legal files, adhering to GDPR and confidentiality standards Office Support: Deliver files, photocopies, and other documents to various departments in the firm.
Compliance and Confidentiality: Follow firm policies on the secure handling of sensitive and confidential documents.
Adhere to GDPR regulations and maintain awareness of best practices for handling client data.
Required Experience & Skills: Previous reception / facilities / administration experience.
Professional telephone manner.
