I am currently working with a well-known branch in the Healthcare Sector. They currently have a 6-month role opening in a high-volume administrative atmosphere. Could this be the job for you?
Contract: 6 Month Temporary (with strong chance of extension)
Location: Cork City
Minimum Requirements:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Experience dealing with sensitive information (legal or financial background desirable)
* Experience in high-volume diary management
* Computer literate, particularly in Excel
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, public and outside agencies
* Educated to Leaving Certificate standard
* Strong knowledge of computer systems
* Meticulous attention to detail and evidence of this in previous roles
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary management
* Managing emails and calls on behalf of management, day-to-day running of the office
* Filing and scanning
* Retrieving records in an accurate and timely manner
* Liaising with outside clients
* Ensuring GDPR compliance
* Supporting projects and needs of the individual manager from an administrative perspective
* Assisting with data cleanup and updating forms and files
This is an immediate start position.
