An exciting opportunity exists in our Sales Development organisation (role based in Dublin) for a 2nd-line Manager looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role reports to the Sr Director, Sales Development for the Central region.You will be leader of leaders critical to the corporate sales strategy, providing a healthy and reliable inbound pipeline to support the overall sales organisation and achieve the region’s objectives.Your mission:Lead a rapidly growing group of 1st line Managers and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with focus on scaling and evolving the organisationAlign the Sales Development team with the German region Enterprise Sales Management team to ensure tight collaborationCoach and develop Sales Development Managers, collaborate with the marketing and sales programs teams on demand generation plans, partner with Sales Management in the region to meet targets, and engage with recruitment to hit annual hiring goalsDrive rigorous sales development execution, ensuring target attainment, accurate forecasts and total transparencyInspire & motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned management, coaching, creative sales incentives, and broadcast of resultsBuild and conduct executive presentations for internal and external customers (executive briefings to customers/prospects, internal stakeholders presentations)Participate in EMEA wide projects to drive fast and consistent innovation and keep the organisation’s processes and methodologies agile and ahead of the marketPromote the organisation across the wider business and champion Salesforce's values of trust, personal growth, diversity, giving back and innovationWhat we are looking for:Prior experience and successful background in Sales Management and/or Sales Development ManagementMust have 2nd line leadership experienceExperience gained within Software/Information Technology/Cloud/SaaS Sales organisations selling complex solutionsProven track record of leading teams to achieve performance goals and consistently overachieving pipeline and revenue targetsExperience in hiring and developing teams at scale, with a focus on coaching, mentoring and diversityExperience in or on country management teams, handling cross-functional relationships to drive business alignment and success e.g. with Marketing, Alliance & Channels, Sales Leadership, Customer SuccessExceptional leadership capabilitiesAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environmentOutstanding communication, organisational and time management skillsA trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholdersFluency in German and EnglishMap your Future:We provide extensive training and mentoring including Bootcamp training.
