What you will do:
1. Lead data engineering teams for cloud-based Data Platform (preferably Google cloud platform), Data Products development and operations using state of art tools and technologies.
2. Build and enable enterprise data governance program.
3. Plan, evaluate and implement key components of overall Data Intelligence Platform.
4. Monitor industry best practices. Provide thought leadership & expertise in emerging technologies.
5. Build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key data collaborators and business leaders.
6. Improve efficiency by standardizing guidelines, processes, procedures, and schedules.
7. Lead and mentor the team members to meet committed deliverables and on-demand requirements.
Qualifications:
8. 10+ years of data intelligence leadership experience.
9. Design and implementation of large scale, complex Data Warehouse applications experience.
10. Building cloud data ecosystems, using big data, business insights, MDM and data quality solutions.
11. Developing technology roadmaps for future data ecosystems.
12. Domain driven data roadmap, data architecture, analytics, and data management strategy.
13. Data governance, data quality and master data management experience
14. Data delivery mechanism through microservices in cloud environments like GCP.
15. Competency building for architects, managers in analytics and data management.
16. Exposure to Agile, six sigma, lean adoption for optimum cost and better quality.
17. Estimation methodologies & execution processes for analytics and BI delivery.
18. Experience hiring and leading diverse teams
Education
Bachelors /Masters/PhD in computer science, IT, business, or quantitative field.
