HR Manager - Permanent - Dublin MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning organisation, as they look to add an HR Manager to their team, on a full-time, permanent basis. The role: The successful candidate will provide and lead an effective generalist HR function, providing support and guidance to the team on all people related matters. The successful candidate must have significant hands-on experience and knowledge of Irish legislation. The main responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process for colleagues from the interview stage through to onboarding and setting new starters up on the system. To ensure that all aspects of absence, timekeeping grievance and discipline are communicated and dealt with effectively. To ensure adherence to all relevant HR policies and a working knowledge of the legislation that supports these. Conduct disciplinary procedures. Manage all employee issues in a fair and consistent manner. Responsible for the Engagement & Charity initiatives. Ensure all training is up to date. Undertake any other duties as considered by the company to be within the scope of the role of the site HR Manager. The ideal candidate: Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience. Minimum CIPD qualification. Significant hands-on experience and knowledge of Irish legislation. Retail experience (Desirable). What's on offer: Salary up to €47,000. Bonus. Pension.
