Konnekt-able Technologies Ltd. is looking for a Research and Office Admin to provide critical support in both research-related activities and office management. The appropriate candidate will ensure smooth operations within the organization and support the research team by assisting with proposal submissions, compliance, business development, and administrative coordination.

As a Research and Office Admin at Konnekt-able, you will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently and contributing to the overall productivity of the company’s multidisciplinary teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering smooth communication and operations among teams.

Research Support:
1. Assist in the development, editing, and submission of research proposals, ensuring adherence to deadlines and guidelines.
2. Handle correspondence, emails, and communication between network.
3. Monitor award compliance and ensure research activities are conducted in accordance with organizational policies and EU funding requirements.
4. Organize and maintain records of proposals, grants, compliance documentation, office files, and databases.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
6. Liaise between departments, researchers, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
7. Support event coordination for meetings, conferences, and research presentations.
8. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
9. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for administrative and research activities.
Office Administration:
1. Oversee office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement to maintain an efficient work environment.
2. Manage office supplies inventory, including tracking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
4. Assist and implement office workflows and processes to streamline operations.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal).
3. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
5. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
7. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
8. Experience in office administration and/or research support roles.
9. Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong ethical standards and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
