Job Title: Financial Services Sales Manager
Reporting to: Head Of Financial Planning
Department: Planning Prosperous Financial has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated Financial Services Sales Manager, to lead our Choice service offering.
The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the organisation and will lead a team of 5 Financial Advisors. The role will oversee all activities related to our Choice service offering, including the day-to-day revenue generating activities, coaching and mentoring of team members, leading by example in delivering exceptional client centric service and collaborating on a number of different projects across the business.
The individual we are seeking aligns with our core values and has proven experience of successfully leading a team, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Management: Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to Head Of Financial Planning
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Earn high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellence at every touch point
* Financial Oversight: Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations at all times
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports for the Choice offering
* Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop all employees within the team
* Have regular check points with employees, provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews on a quarterly basis
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives
* Identify new opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the client experience
* Stay updated on industry trends through a continuous improvement mindset and attending regular sessions to maintain CPD
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* A Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFP) would be advantageous
* A demonstrated track record of strong leadership and team management ideally in the financial services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive approach to overcoming challenges
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining high quality work output and a high degree of accuracy, working to agreed deadlines
* Strong communicator with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
* Excellent knowledge of the financial services and product offerings
* Ability to work as part of a wider team and cross functionally to enhance business performance
