Leverage your deep knowledge of automated testing solutions and the software development process to position our solutions effectively to clients across various industries. This role requires a proven track record in software or technology sales within Ireland and the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in Ireland and the EU.
* Promote our automated testing solutions and software development services to key stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Lead contract negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the software or technology sector.
* Strong knowledge of automated testing solutions and software development processes.
* Demonstrated success in selling software solutions in Ireland and the EU.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
* Strong network within the technology and software industry in Ireland and the EU.
