We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Data Governance Lead to establish and maintain Primark's data governance framework for PLM & Planning/Forecasting Modules. This role combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and stakeholder management to ensure data is defined, accurate, reliable, private, and secure. What You'll do:
In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
1. Develop and implement a data governance framework for PLM and Planning tools.
2. Define and enforce policies for data quality, security, and compliance.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and prioritize data requirements.
4. Oversee data integration and migration and ensure data integrity.
5. Provide training and support on data governance best practices.
What you'll bring:

1. Extensive experience in Data Governance, including frameworks, policies, and best practices.
2. Proficient in PLM and planning tools with solid data management and data flow knowledge.
3. Retail industry expertise, particularly in Buying and Merchandising.
4. Experience with leading data-related projects and stakeholder management.
5. Proficient in conveying ideas, formulating strategies, and engaging with others.
