You Will
This role has two core objectives:
1. Supporting the design and implementation of strategic growth initiatives across our CRB business. This can range from product development, to fee initiatives and carrier (insurer) placement implementation strategies. What is happening across Europe and in WTW globally? Can we implement these initiatives locally? What is happening in the market? Are we keeping this at the forefront of our activity?
2. Carrier Management including relationship management and delivery of services to our most significant strategic partners (insurers) that operate in Ireland and identification of new markets to support the growth of our business.
The successful individual will be self-reliant and either have or show aptitude to rapidly develop skills to build professional relationships at all levels, make sense of structured and unstructured data, communicate clearly both in written and verbal form and manage their time and that of others to deliver desired outcomes effectively.
As part of the team you will:
3. Ownership of the co-ordination and implementation of key strategic initiatives and driving new activity to support the growth and development of our CRB business.
4. Liaising with WTW European colleagues to understand best practice both internally and externally and how we can implement this approach locally.
5. Production of briefing documents for WTW Executive level meetings with carriers.
6. Ensure the delivery of contractually committed services to carries that are contained in our Carrier Services Agreements, whilst coordinating and collaborating with our central and European team.
7. Working closely with Head of Strategic Initiatives across all business-critical projects.
8. Supporting the development of our portfolio management strategy with regular Business Review.
9. Analysis, Portfolio Segmentation Analysis and Premium Volume Reports.
10. Promoting greater knowledge sharing and awareness internally of the Carriers overall relationship, trends, activities with WTW.
