* Dublin City Centre | €45K | Hybrid After Probation Our client, a well-establishednot-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experiencedSenior Administratorwith strongminute-taking skillsand a background in supportingsenior board-level administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minute-Taking & Board Support Attend senior board and committee meetings, providingaccurate, high-level minute-taking.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and document distribution.
Maintain committee records, membership lists, and governance documentation.
* Compliance Administration Manage governance-related correspondence and liaise with external stakeholders.
Maintain and organise legal and compliance records.
Assist in preparing reports, collating documents, and supporting compliance functions.
* Office Administration Diary and schedule management for senior leadership.
Handle correspondence, office coordination, and event organisation.
Maintain estate and legacy records.
Essential Requirements:
* Extensive experience in minute-takingat senior board and committee meetings.
* 5+ years experiencein a senior-level administrative role.
* ACompany Secretarial qualification(essential).
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability tomultitask, prioritise, and manage a high-volume workload.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
