Health & Safety ISO Quality Systems Specialist
Our clients, a multi-national Engineering firm, are looking to recruit a Quality Systems Specialist to join their QHSE team. This is a Short term contract role to assist the team with preparation for a number of Audits which are coming up. Ideally they would like someone with good experience in Risk Assessments.
The Role:
* Maintaining the company ISO management system
* Preparing for external audits
* Internal audits
* Involvement with external audits
* QHSE Inductions
This is a role reporting to the Country QHSE-SA Manager and working across multiple departments in a dynamic multinational electrical engineering company. The role will involve maintaining the companies certified ISO 45001, 45001 and 9001 system. Working with a diverse team across a dynamic business. Reviewing risk assessments. Taking part in project meetings. Dealing with 3rd parties.
The Person:
* Degree in Quality Management/Engineering/similar, with 5+ years Quality Management/similar experience
* Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience
* Extremely detail conscious with knowledge in ISO 45001, 45001 and 9001 system
* Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise and manage peaks in workload
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees in a professional manner, both in person and via telephone, and a strong focus on managing customer relationships
* Excellent Information Technology skills (inc. knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP, SharePoint)
* Auditing experience
