Part Time HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time HR Manager to join our team at a financial services company in Tralee, County Kerry.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Manage employee relations and performance management.
* Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
* Stay current on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR function.
* In-depth technical knowledge of employment legislation.
* Proven ability to manage sensitive employment matters professionally.
* Educated to CIPD or degree level in HR.
