The company provides design and contract management services for the construction of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridgeworks, rail, solid waste facilities, renewable energy, drainage, water and wastewater treatment facilities, airports, tunnels and gas pipelines.
FT seeks a Principal Project Manager - Civil and Environmental Engineering to join its Circular Economy team in Cork, Carlow or Dublin offices. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading civil and environmental design teams to deliver projects within required timescales, quality and costs
* Supervising and mentoring senior and junior staff
* Preparing technical reports and tender documents
* Planning and managing design work, collaborating closely with Project Directors
* Ensuring compliance with quality assurance and management systems, as well as relevant health and safety legislation
* Coordinating work with other team members and managing client relationships
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field
* Chartered Engineer status
* At least 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and project management
* Ongoing Oral Hearing experience is desirable
* Multidisciplinary design management experience and expertise in engaging with clients and external stakeholders
* Ability to create and manage budgets
