The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with over 10 years' experience in the Irish property market. They will have a recognised degree in property economics/surveying and be a chartered surveyor. The ideal candidate will also have membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
The role requires the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong commercial and financial acumen, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential for success in this position.

* A highly competitive salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum
