Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for new product introductions that align with market needs and business objectives, supported by insights from market research and competitive analysis.Market Readiness: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position products effectively, ensuring they are equipped with necessary training and materials for a successful market entry. Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts and drive NPI success.Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Identify new opportunities for product expansion or innovation through NPI initiatives. Product Roadmap Development: Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and milestones that align with market demands and organizational goals.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze key product performance metrics, such as market share and customer satisfaction, to identify improvement areas and optimize product outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for product initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams.Innovation and Future Planning: Collaborate with R&D and other teams to explore emerging technologies and develop innovative product solutions that address evolving market needs.Must Have SkillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role.Experience in SaaS/Software Developer/Scrum/Cloud/Supply Chain/Battery Management etc.Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field. Experience in a global organization.Experience in market research and analysis.
