What You'll Do:Collation and maintenance of patient filesFiling and documentation managementDelivery and collection of files and paperwork to/from clinical teamsMaintaining up-to-date records of file locationsMonitoring and responding to emailsAssisting with the Patient RegisterCoordinating offsite storage and retrieval of filesScanning and sending patient information to hospitals and doctorsPrinting patient labels as neededKeeping offices stocked and tidyMaintaining efficient general office proceduresLiaising with internal departments and external agencies confidentially and professionallyProviding cover within the Patient Administration team as requiredMaintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail at all timesEnsuring compliance with all hospital policies and proceduresAssisting with file archiving and document preparation for Subject Access Requests/Freedom of InformationSupporting data entry into quality management systemsProviding admin support to the Electronic Patient Record Implementation TeamAssisting in the transition from paper to electronic medical records About You: You bring at least 2 years of experience in administration.You excel at IT systems and data management, with an eye for detail.Experience in mental health settings or regulatory compliance is a plus!
