Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining beautiful spaces?
Our Property Maintenance Team is looking for a dedicated team member to help keep our world-class resort in top condition.
Your Role: As a key member of our team, youll be responsible for the upkeep, safety, and appearance of our properties.
From routine maintenance to quick repairs, youll ensure our resort continues to offer an exceptional experience to guests and staff alike.
What Were Looking For: Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
Valid drivers license.
Flexibility to handle emergencies and last-minute requests.
Your Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance, including painting, power washing, and basic repairs.
Perform small plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing minor leaks.
Ensure all safety and security systems, such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, are in working order.
Maintain landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
Work closely with the Property Operations & Maintenance Manager and external contractors.
