We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand strategy and market expansion for our client, a leading food company experiencing strong growth.
The Role:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
* Lead the marketing function, managing a Marketing Executive and working closely with external agencies.
* Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
* Monitor performance metrics and optimise strategies based on insights.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment (ROI).
* Organise events such as product launches and exhibitions to promote brand engagement.
The Person:
* Proven experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG or the food industry.
* Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
* Experience managing teams and working with external agencies.
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive results.
