Health & Safety Officer
We are seeking Health and Safety Officers for commercial building projects in Dublin. As multiple positions are available, we invite applicants from all experience levels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement the client's HSEQ policy, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
* Advise and assist site management in drafting and communicating Method Statements, Safe Plans of Action, and Tool Box Talks.
* Provide advice, guidance, and instruction on health and safety matters to management, safety representatives, and employees (including sub-contractors).
* Deliver Health and Safety induction programs for new employees or sub-contractors working on site.
* Conduct regular inspections and site audits, reporting findings to site and senior company management.
* Ensure that all accidents are reported, recorded, and investigated, and that suitable notification is given to the Directors, Health and Safety Authority, and Insurers as required.
* Compile relevant information for inclusion in the Safety File and prepare for handover to the Client at the end of the project.
Criteria:
* Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or equivalent.
* H&S experience for a contractor in the Irish or UK markets.
* Excellent IT skills and communication abilities.
