Opportunities within the Global People organization include:
Global People & Product Service Delivery Team
This team provides HR Shared Services/program management support for all general HR inquiries and key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle.
* Analyzes user experience data and provides recommendations to address business needs
* Documents, reviews, and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met
* Collaborates and pairs with other Global People team members (HRBP, Recruiting, Care Delivery, etc.) to map systems solutions
* Creates solutions such that information is easy to find, consume, and understand
* Communicates ideas and solutions to end-user and product team members
* Participates in and contributes to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices (communities of practice)
People Insights Team
This team works closely with other teams to execute projects across the People Insights organization.
Talent Acquisition & Management Team (Support Strategic Initiatives)
* Assist in the execution of key global initiatives that have a direct impact on the future of the TA&M function
* Own and manage one component of a larger initiative from start to finish, including contributing ideas supported by research and data, and sharing the results with the team
* Help document and organize the details of ongoing initiatives to ensure they are ready for transition to the permanent owner
* Assist in gathering feedback from stakeholders and ensuring communication is clear and effective
Total Rewards Team
The Compensation & Benefits Intern will be a critical trusted partner in supporting all aspects of Total Rewards.
Qualifications
1. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
2. Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and graduating on or after December 2025
3. Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders
4. Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details
7. Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
8. Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input
9. Passion for diversity, inclusion, and belonging
* Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion
