As an Administrative Assistant, you will join a leading Tax Services Firm who pride themselves on providing practical approaches to client issues. Your new company is in Dublin 8 / City Centre and is widely accessible via multiple forms of public transport. This is a full-time permanent role, based fully in office.
Your new role
As Administrative Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for the front of house and all administrative support within the company. Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Answering incoming calls / emails
2. Diary and inbox management
3. Processing posts
4. Managing stock / supply orders
5. Keep e-filing in-order
6. Data entry / document management
7. Preparing meeting rooms
8. Issuing client invoices/receipts
9. Ad-hoc as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to further your administrative experience in an established Tax Advisory firm.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a previous background in an administrative support role within professional services. You will have excellent IT skills, including MS Office. You will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well on initiative. Teamwork is also essential as you will liaise with a diverse range of individuals daily.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
