Job Description:
We are a Wealth Management firm dedicated to assisting Irish Company Directors, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs in reducing costs, taxes and improving both business and personal financial performance.
To achieve this, we implement strategic plans with our clients to structure long term bespoke financial cashflows, ensuring they reach financial independence sooner than expected.
We work with clients nationwide to develop their wealth through multi-channel cashflows structured tax efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Technician who can maintain accurate books of accounts, track incoming payments, handle invoicing and reconcile program expenditure.
In addition, the successful applicant will create high-level reports for management, assist in processing wages and maintain appropriate records.
We require a minimum of 5 years experience in a bookkeeping or accounting assistant role, preferably in an Irish SME or practice with SME clients.
The candidate should have knowledge of Xero accounting software, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and IATI or similar qualification is required but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate books of accounts
* Track incoming payments
* Handle invoicing and allocate weekly traded income and lodgements
* Reconcile program expenditure and prepare monthly financial reports
* Maintain appropriate and accessible records
* Create high-level reports for management
* Assist in processing wages
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting assistant role
* Previous experience in Irish SME or practice with SME clients
* Xero accounting software knowledge
* MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
* IATI or similar qualification (not essential)
