In a graduate position as customer support engineer you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our chromatography solutions (LC, GC, HPLC…).Your main responsibilities will be: Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activitiesContact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficientlyConnect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectationsMaintain Agilent's customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and proceduresComplete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accuratelyProvide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as requiredAddress customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after serviceThis role won't be head-office based and you will working remotely combined with travel to customer sites in Ireland (a company car will be available to you).QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with the following background:University degree in Life Science related topic (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc…) entry level position for recent graduates.Full proficiency in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft OfficeA valid driving licenseOn a personal level, you enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team.
You have great communications and written skills to interact with many internal and external partners.
