As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the Recruitment Team to shape the future of talent acquisition at the company.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Creating and implementing strategic recruitment directions
2. Developing and delivering presentations on market trends and specialist recruitment strategies
3. Working with hiring managers to create detailed recruitment plans and ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy
You will also provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights and implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a recruitment role with high-volume campaign management for permanent and contract roles
* Effective liaison skills with clients and a positive, decisive approach
* Strong reasoning, reporting, and organisational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities
* A resilient and flexible attitude with an achievement orientation
