Key Responsibilities:
Execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
Use data insights to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance fan experiences
Personalise communications through segmentation and audience targeting
Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to optimise marketing effectiveness
Manage CRM systems and support teams in data utilisation
Ensure compliance with GDPR and maintain data integrity
Collaborate with marketing and insights teams to enhance the customer experience
Ideal Candidate:
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or relevant work experience)
2+ years of experience with email campaign tools (DotDigital, Mailchimp, etc.)
CRM expertise (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and experience in segmentation & data-driven marketing
Proficiency in email marketing automation and personalisation
Passion for the sports or entertainment industry (a plus)
