About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administration Assistant to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
This role is perfect for candidates with a background in finance or bookkeeping, as well as those without direct finance experience but eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the finance team in managing and maintaining financial records, including transaction logs and reports.
* Communicate with customers and external suppliers to reconcile agreed debt and aged credit balances.
* Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and support business objectives.
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering calls, and responding to emails.
* Help manage payments, collections, and financial queries from customers and suppliers.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and data entry.
