We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our expanding Team. If you have previous experience in a similar role we would love to hear from you.
What we require from our applicants:
1. At least 4 years breakfast experience in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
2. The ability to engage well with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food
3. A high level of HACCP knowledge - Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
4. The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
5. Outgoing and friendly personality
6. Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
7. Be committed to the team
8. Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts)
