Key Responsibilities:
1. To optimize hotel revenue for bedrooms, focusing on profitability.
2. To ensure guest satisfaction by effectively managing Room Reservations and Group Reservations under the General Manager's direction.
3. Maintain group and transient inventory controls to maximize room availability.
4. Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies to enhance revenue.
5. Provide in-depth analysis of sales strategies, room statistics, and demand factors.
6. Conduct thorough competitive and demand analyses.
7. Maintain accurate distribution channel data.
8. Manage no-shows and cancelled reservations, processing charges according to hotel policy.
9. Collaborate with PMS and forecasting tools (Right Revenue) to create a rolling forecast and annual budget for the property.
10. Ensure that all room statistics reports, including voucher and social media, are accurate and consistent.
Requirements:
11. Previous experience in a reception/reservations role in a hotel (at least 1 year).
12. Experience with Hotsoft is highly advantageous.
13. Excellent customer care skills and ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).
14. A motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
