About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
Ensure the departments and the organization’s targets and KPI’s are actively managed.
Monitor pending trades and trade queues to ensure trades are placed within deadlines.
Delegate daily workload and manage mailbox filtering to Custody Specialists and ensure confirmations and queries are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
Build and maintain good working relationships with Citco’s key clients through decisive action and regular strategy calls.
Identify training and development items for staff and select appropriate training sessions to address the gaps.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, as and when required and liaise with Business/QA Analysts.
Ensure that EOD checks are completed on a daily basis.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and present them to Management.
Act as a lead on new fund setups, client setups and migrations across existing and new clients.
QualificationsAbout You:
Minimum of 3-4 years in Financial Services or Fund Accounting at least 1-2 years at Supervisory level.
Degree in Accounting/ Finance or in a related discipline.
Excellent communicator.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
