Title: Regional Area Manager
Area: Cork & Galway
Reports to: Sales Manager
Management:
* Day-to-day assistance answering queries for Sales Representatives on projects or products
* Report to Sales Manager on Individual and Office Intake Sales and Margins
* Liaise with Sales Manager on Showroom & Training Requirements
* Manage Showroom schedules and ensure Showrooms are maintained to high standards
* Report any grievances to Sales Manager
* Meet with Teams regularly to review progress, targets, and general performance
* Conduct regular performance reviews
* Liaise with other departments to ensure first-in-class customer service
Business Development:
* Target new Key Accounts
* Maintain existing relationships with Key Accounts
* Process orders for a number of Key Accounts within Office territory
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Experience overseeing P&L reports and managing budgets
Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years Sales Experience. Preferably in the glazing industry
* 3+ years Sales Management experience preferred
* Available to regularly travel nationwide - full clean driver’s licence required
