Full Time- Office Administrator Job Purpose To provide effective administrative support to all office operations; Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages; Maintain, update client records to ensure compliance and data protection regulations; Dealing with principal contractors, sub-contractors, clients and customers; Input and populate databases, supporting staff; To assist on H&S and Quality Control processes; To assist with the Month-End and Year-end reports as required; To assist with the dissemination of information to public including updating Website and Facebook page; Attend and participate in training sessions, workshops and meetings as required; Build brand awareness through various media outlets. Qualifying criteria: Administrative, organisational and record keeping skills; IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and competency in using database to manage project tracking; Ability to work under own initiative to prioritise and manage varied tasks; Adaptable and flexible approach; Social Media awareness; Strong attention to detail; Good work ethic; Good communications and interpersonal skills.
