Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our EMEA Mid Market Sales team. As a key member of this strategic functional group, you'll have a significant impact on our future success by leading a team of Account Executives across the region.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to drive revenue growth and influence business outcomes. Your expertise will be invaluable in recruiting, building, and coaching your team, as well as defining, developing, and optimizing our Inside Sales operating model and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, recruit, coach, and inspire a high-calibre sales team.
* Lead the team in strategic account planning, territory planning, and researching prospect customers.
* Oversee all operational aspects of your team to optimize sales productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Communicate clear goals and roles to team members, set and track KPIs, and reward team efforts and accomplishments.
* Represent the EMEA South Sales organization within the regional business and provide updates on revenue forecasts and productivity improvements to market sales leaders.
Your Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience leading an early-career sales organization in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the B2B, SaaS space.
* A validated track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, with demonstrated pipeline forecasting skills.
* The ability to be a thought leader on further improving internal processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams and building a strong team culture.
